the check-in and check-out process was easy, and the towels were changed daily. the room was cleaned daily as well, which was a nice touch. the host at Les Artes was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed exploring the interesting historical sites within walking distance of the property. There were also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all! 😊.

Everything there was perfect and the staff were pretty friendly and amiable. The room with private bathroom. The location was amazing and good, very close to a metro station. A cool bonus was nearby Spinelli, that offered tea and coffee.

Castro Pretorio station is 5 minutes' walk from the hotel. They offer comfy, air-conditioned rooms with a beautiful window, private bathroom👍👍

Our stay here was great, the perfect place to explore Rome. The location was amazing, just steps away from La Pieta. The hotel is not too far from the city center, which was convenient.

We were able to take the metro, train, and bus to visit iconic landmarks like the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Vatican City. Despite not having a 24-hour reception, the staff was accommodating and provided us with water while we waited for check-in. We were also pleased to discover several halal pizza options near the hotel, ensuring that our family's dietary needs were met. We had a wonderful time exploring Rome and capturing beautiful photos with historic and stunning backdrops.

My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel provided more family-friendly amenities, such as a small play area or a kids' activity corner.

Great location near a police station for added safety. Just a few minutes away from Termini. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch.

The hotel's location was excellent, being right next to Termini station where the shuttle bus from the airport stops. It was also conveniently located just opposite the police station, which made us feel safe. it was easy to walk to famous sights such as the Trevi fountain. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the host went out of his way to provide a dryer for our clothes.

The language barrier with the host made communication difficult at times.
